One-on-one painting with Jennifer

Jennifer Jarvis
Therapeutic Painting Practitioner and Paint Your Peace Founder

Painting has been an essential part of Jennifer's life since childhood. She studied studio art at The Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston and Family Studies at The University of NH. She created Paint Your Peace to share what she's learned and experienced about painting as a form of inner exploration, healing and expression. She works virtually with individual clients around the world, in person with clients at The Aplomb Gallery in Dover NH and hosts group workshops and retreats around the United States.

Jennifer believes creative, artistic expression resides within every person, just waiting to be released. She provides the safe supportive space and guidance to explore acrylic paints, color mixing and abstract painting techniques. She is helping people find and connect to a creative resource that exists inside themselves, giving them an opportunity to access a sense of peace they didn't know was accessible to them and now is. Aplomb Gallery resides at Cocheco (CO-chi-co) on N’dakinna (n-DA-ki-na), now called Dover, New Hampshire, which is the unceded traditional ancestral homeland of the Abenaki (a-BEN-a-ki), Pennacook and Wabanaki Peoples, past and present. We acknowledge and honor with gratitude the land, waterways, living beings and the Aln8bak (Al-nuh-bak), the people who have stewarded N’dakinna (n-DA-ki-na) for many millennia.
